I ordered a deluxe firm because I'm a side sleeper and thought that would be the best choice for me, but it turned out that it was more firm than I liked, so I wrote to Luxe and asked them if I could return it for a medium.
They sent one out before I ever returned the firm, and I'm totally sold on it.
